Account Responsibility

For projects we develop for clients, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Payment Structure

• An initial deposit (typically 30-50% of total project cost)
• Milestone payments during project development
• Final payment upon project completion and delivery

Refunds

Refund policies vary by service type and will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, but we will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns.

We commit to delivering projects according to agreed specifications and timelines. However:

• Project timelines may be adjusted based on scope changes or client feedback
• Deliverables are subject to client approval and revision cycles
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services or client-side issues
• Final deliverables will be provided upon full payment unless otherwise agreed

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Responding to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Providing necessary access to systems, accounts, or resources
• Ensuring they have rights to any content or materials provided to us
• Making payments according to agreed terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service
• We are not responsible for third-party services, platforms, or tools used in projects

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigitalCloud.pk, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
